Sheryl | 19. · 16.01.2008 18:00 Dear Ethan, I am having a serendipitous moment. It all began with researching a bit about your movie Tonight at Noon. Which, inadvertently, led me to Sue Grahm Mingus' memoir of the same title. Which I read, and then started reading "Myself When I am Real' by Charles Mingus, Jr. Then I happened to read an old interview you did where you mentioned liking some of Sam Shepard's writing so I thought I might like his writing too, so I check out some of his books and find that he was Charles Mingus Jr.'s roomate. Isn't that ironic that because of you I was reading these two different authors at the same time who just happened to have lived together! Thanks for all you do! Sincerely, Sheryl |
